The L.I.N.C. office has a toll free in BC phone line that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The calls are about a variety of topics including: crisis intervention within the institutions and out in the community, technical questions about the CSC, parole hearings and the police, arranging rides when released to the ferry, bus terminal, halfway houses or other residences etc.

This program provides assistance to agricultural workers with legal issues related to employment. This includes filing appeals, attending hearings, interviews, filling out forms and explaining written letters or decisions clients may receive. Languages offered: Punjabi and Hindi
