The Mission & District Soapbox Derby Association was incorporated in October of 2000 as a non-profit association for the historical Mission Soapbox Derby. Our executive and members live and work in Mission and the surrounding communities. We rely upon local businesses for corporate sponsorship, including the District of Mission.Over 150 volunteers are needed to help organize and participate in our annual event. This is a community event and without the support of community groups, businesses and private citizens, this event would not be possible.

Out There 4U - Community Online

Have you ever felt you might be missing out on something because you didn't know about it or couldn't find it? What was needed was a website that encompassed anything and everything you could do in your leisure time (or free time) in one place regardless of where you lived! I wanted people to enjoy "downtime" time, not have it consumed surfing the internet in the hope of finding things to do. Hence the birth of www.OutThere4U.com.
